Our cultural and environmental heritage is a strategic resource, an extraordinary wealth entrusted to citizens and institutions, the only priority capable of promoting a recovery of identity and a sense of belonging, as well as create an important driving force of economic development.
Such a heritage, that the whole world recognizes us and envy us, must be at the centre of every political, social and economic policy planning, it must be preserved, enhanced, protected and therefore funded, supported, encouraged, facilitated, thus promoting the development and economic growth in related areas such as education, scientific research, renewable energy, planning and urban renewal, land management, art, tourism, crafts, food and drink, health.
The proposal to incorporate the 'Article 1 of the Constitution is not just a symbolic gesture but a commitment to great historical significance that invests the foundation of our being together, which aims to establish itself as a reference point for the country, able to involve the awareness and responsibility of all citizens and thus to offer a space worthy to new generations.
