Following the testimonies handed down from manuscripts, the meeting will focus the whole world of colours, starting from prehistoric times through the various historical civilizations up to the “speziali” of the Renaissance age. It will be possible to see the accuracy with whom they were prepared, washed, ground and mixed with various binders according to the painting technique performed.
