State Archives in Florence, the exhibition 'Diafragma-links between two worlds' of Miguel Fabruccini

The Jorge Eielson Study Centre and '"Mario Luzi Association-Signs and Times" present Diafragma - link between two worlds, illustrates a point of convergence between two different geographical and cultural areas,

though certainly related, the Italian and Latin, which are the direct sources of the artist's reference, the Uruguayan Miguel Fabruccini Italian, born in Salto, Uruguay in 1949 and living in Florence since 1976. Diafragma then - we preferred to keep the Spanish word - as a point of convergence between the external data and the "focus" or inner eye, between the narrative of subjectivity and perception of otherness.
The exhibited works communicate the conscious impotence of "knowing", the yield outside the complex swirl of reality, the acceptance of a perspective to become constant and inevitable, driven not only by his own experience but also, perhaps above all, collective experience.
Fabruccini, in fact, realized that trying to learn a fact, an emotion, a memory, even an idea, will always be imbued with the image which it makes sense, in that condition "auroral" mentioned in the the great Spanish philosopher Maria Zambrano.
In this interpretation, exhibition site and find similarities and symmetries.
