The speech will be based on the instruments of the Third Sector (associations, foundations and cooperatives) which can be used to promote actions and initiatives in the Art and Cultural sector. Various legal aspects will be examined together with the fiscal aspects and the problems connected with the protection of the personal data and of the intellectual property.
