The training educational project in the field of restoration of textile for the students of the University of Dubrovnik

The Fondazione Lisio is one of the Italian excellence in the field of textile manufacturing and historical reconstruction of old textile artefacts. It is also a very important textile formative Institution. Its long term experience is on the basis of a collaboration project promoted by Palazzo Spinelli in order to produce a training educational project in the field of restoration of textile for the students of the University of Dubrovnik who every year spend a month of practical internship in Florence to practice and learn new skills and techniques. The Fondazione Lisio has also a rich collection of old textile artefacts which will be used during the conservation sessions of the Croatian students.
