Mural painting as architectural complement has a very old origin and it is very common in many cultures. The Mediterranean tradition, very rich in decorative art solutions, has a very contemporary figurative archive. Painted architectural elements as a final decoration of the spaces has being used since the Roman Age. During the conference it will be showed some contemporary applications of this technique in private and public spaces.
