Presentation by the Training activities

“At school of Plaster” is a series of courses created through the collaboration between the Istituto per l’Arte e il Restauro, Palazzo Spinelli and the Associazione Forum Italiano Calce. The Institute mission in terms of preservation of environmental and cultural heritage and artisan and art skills have met the efforts of the Associazione Forum Italiano Calce which work in the field of studying and promoting plaster, a fascinating material which surely represent itself the art of building. The goal of these courses is to transmit the old skills created by generations of the old botteghe and the ancient ateliers as well as the ancient know how, the fascinating mixtures, the methodologies of any construction technique which use plaster as main material.
